Just wondering what's the philosophy of wushu. I've been takeing wing chun and i'm also a major in kinesiology (the study of how the body moves)and physical therapy. For wing chun, we talk about efficiency and how the body moves. ie. body movement, unnecesary movements, positioning, and angles. Does wushu have that? What's wushu's philosophy on 'how the body moves'? Thank You.
Are you coming to come to San Francisco, anytime soon?
Best Wishes to You and your movies! You R Awesome!!!

Wing Chun is part of wushu. It's a form of wushu that originated from the southern part of China. As Wing Chun is a form of wushu so it should have the same underlying philsophy of wushu and carry on the wushu tradition.
In May I was in Palo Alto for a few days and in San Francisco briefly in July as well. I'm sure I'll go there again in the future.
