Hi Mr Li,

I am a new fan, and was reading your philosopy section, you don't mention anything on finding your inner calm. I am interested to know what type of meditation or reflecting, if any you use?

I have found inner calm and the way I've found it is that when you achieve that level when you are no longer in expectation of needs, but only have the desire to give, when you will no longer be subject to disappointment and a desire to have or loss. That is the path to inner calm.

There are many different forms of meditation. The main point is trying to find the form of meditation that allows you to retain the most inner peace. That is the form that will fit you.
